About
Graduating in 2003 with a BSc (Hons) from Brunel University, I went on to attain my MSc in Physiotherapy in 2008 from King's College, London. I worked at The Royal Free and Chelsea & Westminster Hospitals from 2003 to 2013 and then into private practice and sport since. In that time, I was blessed to have been mentored by a number of world class practitioners and coaches which helped me evolve as a physio, coach and human. To them, I give thanks.
I am a member of the CSP, HCPC, MACP, and AACP, with specialist training in Strength & Conditioning, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, Acupuncture, Myofascial Cupping and Reflexology. I bring a wide range of holistic knowledge and clinical experience to every session. Whether you’re overcoming a sports injury, managing a long-term condition, or working to improve your physical performance, my objective is to guide and support you on your journey toward better health, optimising performance, improving longevity and injury prevention.
I played semi professional football, swam regionally and played tennis and rugby at a local level. In more recent years I am obsessed with Brazilian Ju-jitsu, but continue to hike, climb, lift weights and swim (mainly because I love to eat...).
